Sources and verification
Platform profiles summarize information from official provider websites, documentation and publisher resources. Each profile includes source links and a compilation date. That date records the research snapshot; it does not mean every account-specific condition was independently verified.
When a universal requirement or payout minimum is unavailable, we describe it as dependent on the account or provider terms. Confirm country, currency, plan and contract details directly with the platform.
Difficulty estimates
Low, Medium and High difficulty are editorial estimates of approval and integration effort. They consider review requirements, technical setup and the type of service. They are not platform-issued scores, approval probabilities or revenue forecasts.
Side-by-side comparisons
The comparison desk generates unique pairs within the website and app categories separately. Pair pages reuse directory facts and add editorial fit, review profiles and switching considerations. A comparison is not a recommendation to replace one product with another: mediation services, demand sources and managed stacks can have different or complementary roles.
We do not assign synthetic approval rates, earnings scores or forum averages. No controlled cross-platform revenue benchmark, comparable publisher-only review score, provider-domain traffic snapshot or company-history dataset has been independently verified for these pages. Unknown fields are explicitly marked. External review and traffic links are research starting points, not proof of a numerical claim. Company-wide reviews can include advertisers and ad viewers; provider website visits are not publisher or end-user counts. Read the comparison method.
Default order: measured adoption
The directories put platforms with higher measured adoption first within each category. Equal values are sorted by English name. Platforms without a verified comparable measure follow, also sorted by name. Missing data does not mean zero usage or lower popularity.
Website platforms: we use detected website hostnames in Wappalyzer’s advertising dataset. The category snapshot is dated 2026-10-30; we checked it on 2026-11-03. Values come from the category’s public page dataset. Individual source pages may round totals. These counts are not unique publisher accounts, visitor traffic or a complete census. Coverage differs by technology, and a detected provider can have several products. We do not substitute parent-company figures for a separately listed product, such as Journey.
App platforms: we use the percentage of Google Play Android apps containing the relevant SDK in AppBrain’s Overall / Apps dataset, updated 2026-11-02 and checked on 2026-11-03. We use app share rather than the page’s default install-share order. SDK code can be bundled through mediation or remain inactive; its presence does not prove active monetization. This measure excludes iOS and other app stores.
Some SDK names are proxies for the listed product: AppLovin for MAX, ironSource for LevelPlay, and Vungle for Liftoff Monetize. Digital Turbine SDK detection is a provider-level proxy for DT Exchange. The historical Smaato SDK label is used only for the Smaato / Verve Brand+ app integration, not all Verve products or its web integration. The ironSource SDK percentage is not duplicated for iSX, whose separate adoption is unverified. Their source labels and limitations appear on the platform profiles. We do not substitute Amazon Mobile Ads measurements for Amazon Publisher Services.
We sort only within a category. We do not combine website counts with app percentages or mix them with self-reported publisher totals. Figures are saved snapshots, not live counters, and can change between updates. A higher position is not a recommendation or a forecast of earnings, approval or service quality.
Commercial relationships
The current directory links to official platform websites and documentation. No referral codes or affiliate-tracking scripts have been added to those links. The presence of a company name or logo alone should not be read as a commercial relationship.
If paid placements, sponsorships or affiliate links are added, they must be clearly identified near the relevant content or link. A paid or referral link should disclose any compensation that could result from your action.
Brands and independence
Third-party names and logos identify the listed services and remain the property of their respective owners. MonetizeMap is an informational directory, and does not speak for Google, AdSense, AdMob or any other listed provider.
Some alternatives and managed services still use Google advertising demand. Switching services does not remove the obligation to follow relevant publisher policies.
